Lively & explorer
I made my home in the Raleigh area about 10 years ago, before that it was Texas. I find home to be wherever my family is (husband, 2 teenagers and one very fuzzy Husky named Lena). I obtained my Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and migrated over into the social work field early on. I have an extensive work history and wide range of experiences; but I’ve always been service oriented regardless of my position.
When I decided to re-enter the workforce after homeschooling, I chose the market research field and joined L&E in 2016. Since my true passions are people and research (of any kind) coupled with having a voracious appetite for learning, it seemed like the perfect fit. I haven’t looked back! While there are always new challenges, I love that we can connect clients with information and feedback that they can use to be more successful. Always a win –win!
When I am not working, I am likely enjoying anything outdoors; walking dogs, hiking, biking or kayaking. But traveling and exploring new places is what I love to do most! I love adventure. My favorite part of the United States is the Pacific Northwest. Whether it’s a day hike on Mt Rainer or scouring the Pike Place Market, it’s there I feel most unplugged.
Insights About Me:
- My favorite food is Pasta. I am Italian—Could it be anything else? I love to read historical fiction and watch documentaries. I am a WWII junkie.
- If I could have a superpower it would be the ability to fly (without an American Airlines app!) ☺
- My guilty pleasure is a Caramel Macchiato from . . . yup, you guessed it! They are even better in Seattle!
- When I was a kid I would sit in my mom’s car and pretend like I was driving while inventing stories and book ideas in my head. I always wanted to be a writer.
