We are a part of the communities in which we live…and we need to do more than hand out cash to say thanks. We believe in being green and charitable. Recycling, drastically reducing the amount of paper we use, and making the community a focal point of our business, including sponsoring local charities, are just a few examples of the things we do to give back.

There is no “I” in team
It’s been said that a lot can be accomplished when people don’t worry about who gets the credit. Camaraderie and teamwork means having each others’ backs…and not worrying about who is wrong, but how to make it right and being accountable to each other. Telling someone “that is not my job”…or “I don’t know” without trying to find a solution…IS HEAVILY FROWNED UPON IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
Value a work/life balance
We all love working at L&E, but we can’t share the love if we’re all exhausted from working all the time. Family is important, we need time to take care of those who are most important to us, including ourselves.
