How to Write Better Questionnaires
L&E Research hosted an informative workshop with guest speaker David F. Harris, author of The Complete Guide to Writing Questionnaires: How to Get Better Information for Better Decisions on October 3, 2014 at our Raleigh facility.
In this workshop, David presented essential guidelines for how to write effective questionnaires that get more accurate information, saving you time and money. Drawing from his book, David reviewed common questions that are used in questionnaires, how real respondents misinterpret those questions, and how to improve those questions - so that they are clear, answerable, easy, and unbiased.
