Our panel isn’t a list of names. It’s a living community of real, validated participants, built and maintained to the standards your research demands.
Good research starts long before a screener goes out. It starts with who’s in the pool. Our panel of more than 1.6 million members across the U.S. is recruited, verified, and actively managed so that when you’re ready to field, the right people are ready too. We’ve spent four decades building relationships with participants, because we know the quality of your data depends on it.

Every panel member comes in through a deliberate process, not a passive sign-up. We recruit through a mix of online and offline channels, including social media, email campaigns, events, and referrals. All participation is voluntary, and every recruit is tracked to its source. We know where our people come from, because traceability matters from the start.

Identity validation isn't an afterthought here. At recruitment and throughout membership, we confirm who our panelists are using email verification, geolocation, social media authentication, and activity-based checks. Duplicate accounts are monitored and removed. The people in your sessions are the people they say they are.

Our panel runs on proprietary software built specifically for this work. It gives us real-time visibility into panel capacity, profile matching, and participation history, so we can assess feasibility accurately and move quickly when you need us to. When we tell you a recruit is doable, we're working from live data, not a best guess.

Demographic information goes stale fast. We actively maintain panelist profiles across demographic, geographic, socio-economic, psychographic, and behavioral dimensions. When your screener calls for something specific, we're matching against accurate data, not profiles that haven't been touched in years.

We use both automated and manual systems to catch fraudulent or inattentive responses before they affect your data. Our project managers and recruiters monitor quotas and validate participants throughout recruitment and data collection. Outliers get flagged. Anomalies get addressed. The work doesn't stop when recruitment ends.

Our panel management processes are certified to ISO 20252 and ISO 27001, meaning our research quality and data security practices have been independently verified. Participation frequency limits, opt-out mechanisms, and strict data protection protocols are built into how we operate, not layered on after the fact.

We don't ask you to take our word for it. Clients can request detailed information about our sampling methodology, recruitment sources, validation processes, and quality measures. If you have questions about how the panel works, we have answers.
