Becky Goffe

As a National Health Account Manager with a background in psychology and project management, Becky brings a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to managing client accounts.

Outside of L&E, Becky and her husband are busy raising three energetic boys near the beautiful Rocky Mountains, where they love spending time outdoors.

 

Susan Bayer

After developing, marketing, and leading youth programs, Susan transitioned to market research in 2019. Previously an educator, she earned a master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida. Susan’s market research experience includes roles as a Recruiter, Client Services Representative, Project/Account Manager, and National Medical Account Executive. She also holds a Qualitative Market Research Certification from UGA Center for Continuing Education & Hotel.

Susan enjoys starting her days with yoga & running, having ran many races, from 5Ks to full marathons. She enjoys her porch swing with a cup of coffee & a good book, or sitting with her feet in the sand at the beach. In the fall, you can find Susan cheering on her 3 favorite teams: Florida State Seminoles, UNC Tar Heels, & Jacksonville Jaguars.

April Leonard

April joined L&E in 2015. Prior to L&E, April practiced as a registered nurse for 12 years in multiple hospital-based specialties. April’s clinical experience, coupled with her market research industry knowledge, has led her to oversee L&E Research’s Operations Team inclusive of Account Management, Project Management, Consultative Services, and Recruitment teams.

April enjoys running and is a lifelong animal lover. April and her family love all things Disney, and her Texas roots show every football season in her love for the Dallas Cowboys! When not traveling, she is likely immersed in her one true guilty pleasure: reality TV.

 

Rachel Tanury

Rachel began working in the market research industry in 2019. With more than a decade of management experience, she began her impactful journey at the Tampa facility, where her leadership quickly shaped team dynamics and operational success. In 2025, Rachel stepped into the health division’s account management role, bringing a client-focused approach to elevate client relations and experience.

Rachel unwinds with thought-provoking podcasts and peaceful strolls through her neighborhood. At home, she enjoys observing the diverse birdlife that frequents her backyard, combining relaxation with a quiet appreciation for nature.

 

Kyle Pierce

Kyle is a seasoned client-facing professional. Since 2005, he has excelled in building solid relationships, delivering results, and effectively communicating complex information to teams of highly productive and motivated individuals. Kyle’s greatest strength is his ability to adapt and overcome obstacles as they present while keeping a jovial attitude. Working in the fast-paced world of market research with this attitude has proven to be a tremendous benefit for those working around him.

Kyle has a deep love of music which guides him through the day. He has been married to his wonderful wife since 2010 and together they have two children who keep them busy and remind them to take every moment with introspection to grow and thrive.

 

 

Tilton Lee

Tilton joined the L&E Research team in in February of 2016. Tilton came to L&E with over 24 years of market research experience. During this time, Tilton has worked in various roles. He is currently a National Account Executive in the Sales Department Tilton grew up in Mathews, Virginia. He graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He relocated to Cincinnati in 2000. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family & friends, cooking, watching sports, traveling, attending comedy shows and trying new restaurants.

Jen Jump

Jen is a seasoned market research professional. Quickly advancing from a Recruiter role to project management within her first 18 months, she has since expanded her expertise across Project Management, Account Management, and currently serves as a Business Development Executive. Jen is deeply client-focused, bringing a passion for uncovering insights and navigating the complexities of each project. She excels at guiding clients through research design, offering strategic and valuable insight.

Jen and her husband Colin have three kiddos – Parker, Ella and Reagan. They enjoy trips to Disney as a family and taking cruises (couples only!). They having been living in North Carolina since 2004 but call Buffalo and Pittsburgh their hometowns. Jen is also an avid reader and puzzle-lover.

Scott Johnson

Since joining L&E Research in 2019, Scott has served in multiple strategic roles at L&E Research, consistently driving client success across the Legal, Technology, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Financial Services, and CPG sectors. His leadership, industry insight, and unwavering commitment to excellent service have positioned him as a trusted advisor to key brand and agency clients alike.

A native of upstate New York, Scott’s roots are grounded in the grit and camaraderie of small-town life (complete with partyline phones: yes, really). A lifelong sports enthusiast, he credits his time playing competitive sports with shaping his collaborative spirit and drive. When not working, Scott enjoys watching a variety of STL sports teams.

Donna Havens

Before joining L&E Research in 2018, Donna graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing. Donna is originally from Tallahassee, Florida and has lived in Jacksonville, FL, Las Vegas, NV, Atlanta, GA and Virginia Beach, VA. She has a son and daughter with her husband, James. In her spare time she enjoys watching Florida State games, reading and spending time with her family.

Kelli Hammock

Kelli holds a degree in Mass Communication and joined L&E Research in 2019. With a market research career dating back to 2005, she brings hands-on experience in recruitment, project management, and programming. Now as Director of Marketing, Kelli leads L&E’s brand and communication strategy: designing content, producing webinars, planning events, and partnering with consultants to elevate the company’s voice and connect more meaningfully with its audiences.

Originally from the Nashville area, Kelli spent time living in Chicago and Denver before returning to Tennessee. She enjoys strategic builder video games, bingeing disaster and horror flicks, solving jigsaw puzzles, and playing complicated board games. She is currently obsessed with her one very spoiled dog.
