Kelly is an experienced marketing research professional, providing management and marketing consulting covering a wide range of topics since 1996. Prior to joining L&E Research, she started her career in the industry as a recruiter and has advanced in the industry working as a Project Manager, Director of Recruiting and Facility management. All with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Chanette is a medical project manager at L&E Research. She has worked in consumer marketing and the marketing research industry since 2013 and is always eager to embrace new opportunities, experiences and challenges. Contributing to the exciting technological advances that happen every day at L&E. Chanette also graduated from Ashford University in 2019 with a master’s degree in marketing.
Molly has been working in the market research industry since 2016, but has been involved in the marketing field since 2009 – starting as a Marketing Intern. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Advertising and minor in Communications and has her PMEC certification.
Jessica has been working in the market research industry since 2019. She started as a Recruiter and worked her way up to Project Manager. She takes personal interest in every project she is given. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. They enjoy going to movies, concerts and hiking. She is also an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds.
With over a decade in the market research industry and 15 years of prior experience supporting developmentally challenged individuals, Marie brings a unique blend of analytical insight and compassionate leadership to every role she takes on. Currently serving as a Health Operations Director, Marie specializes in streamlining processes, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic growth through data-informed decision making.
Marie is a proud mom of four, a lifelong learner, and someone who finds joy in both small moments and big adventures. When she is not immersed in health operations or market research, you’ll likely find her on a hiking trail, deep in a book with her book club (since 2024!), or connecting with inspiring women through the Women of Union County.
Alexandra holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and has worked in the market research industry since 2022. She brings well‑rounded experience in participant recruiting and administrative project support, helping ensure studies run efficiently and deliver dependable results. Her work is grounded in ethical research practices and supported by certifications in CITI Social & Behavioral Research, AmeriCorps Survivor Link Training, and PHCE Cross‑cultural Communication.
In her free time, Alexandra enjoys thrift shopping and flipping furniture into one‑of‑a‑kind pieces. She loves sewing and spending time outdoors, especially hiking with her family and their two energetic border collies.
Kristie has been with L&E since spring of 2017. She has held various roles within the company from recruiting, programming, and project management. Kristie has a passion for market research and ensuring each project is as successful as it possibly can be. She uses her skills obtained in her previous roles to thoroughly and logically execute each of her projects. Kristie is a Charlotte area native who married her Air Force Veteran husband in 2013. Kristie has two children, a son and a daughter, as well as a dog named Bear. In her free time, she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, camping at various campgrounds with her family, going to all of her kids’ activities and crafting.
Gabrielle is a proud graduate of University of Cincinnati, class of 2022. Go Bearcats! Gabrielle has been working in the market research industry at L&E Research since August of 2022. She has a strong passion for building client relationships, problem solving, and continuous learning as the market research industry changes.
One thing to know about Gabrielle is that she loves animals! She is a “pet mom” to her dog, Charley, and 5 cats: Pretzel, Juice, Zuchinni, Yoda, and Rav. When she is not cuddling her furbabies you can find her enjoying the outdoors with a nice hike or run. Her guilty pleasure is watching reality TV shows – especially those with a lot of drama!
Tracy joined L&E Research in 2014 as a Recruiter and quickly worked her way up to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Account Manager. Tracy enjoys working with her corporate clients and gaining a thorough understanding of their research needs. Getting to know her clients and building strong partnerships is what Tracy enjoys most!
On the weekends she enjoys spending time with family and friends and everything outdoors! She has a passion for travel as well as hiking, boating, and spending time at the beach or mountains!

Alex has been leading and executing research projects since 2019, bringing strategic insight and operational excellence to every project. After working with multiple companies across varying industries, Alex has developed deep knowledge of the industry. With a detail-oriented and strong analytical approach, Alex consistently delivers actionable insights and drives successful outcomes for clients.
Alex is based in Tampa, FL, having relocated from Denver, CO. With a passion for the outdoors, Alex enjoys hiking, snowboarding, scuba diving, and fishing. Whether exploring mountain trails, deep-sea reefs, or diving deep into projects, he brings the same adventurous spirit and dedication to his professional work.
