Angelique Williams

Angelique holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology and started her career in the CJ field immediately after graduation. She enjoyed working in court rooms, County Jails, law libraries and she even did some fascinating research on death row in Tennessee with professors from Northeastern. Her career took some turns and eventually ended up in therapeutic Foster Care Services. She eventually left her career to take care of two boys and homeschool. Angelique’s first love is traveling (anywhere new), she enjoys playing the piano, reading (especially WWII historical fiction) and making huge pots of spaghetti and baking lasagna (because she is Italian and that’s what Italians do).

Amanda Roush

Amanda has been working in the market research industry since 2018. Prior to the market research industry, she worked in the medical field after receiving her Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding. Amanda is now a programming manager and has such a love for what she does. She loves managing her team and helping in any way that she can. Every day is so different, and it helps keep things exciting! Amanda grew up in Columbus, Ohio where she still resides today with her beautiful, blended family. She enjoys spending time with her kids and other family members. The mountains and beach are her favorite get-away locations. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, walking, and being outdoors.

Hayley Goren

Hayley began her market research career in 2015 as a Recruiter, advancing to project management. Passionate about social media marketing and SEO, she excelled in database development at L&E Research, employing new and innovative strategies. Hayley thrives on surpassing expectations and achieving remarkable outcomes. Hayley is a devoted mother of four and an autism advocate. Inspired by her oldest child’s autism diagnosis, Hayley embarked on a personal mission to support not only her own family but also the autism community. As an advocate, her goal is to offer hope and guidance to families facing similar challenges.

Angela Steed

Angela has been in market research and with L&E since 2013, and prior to that, she spent over eight years as a relocation consultant, where her customer service background in relocating employees helped tremendously in the market research world. When not working, Angela enjoys yoga, running, biking, getting involved with her community, working with her church youth group and spending time with her husband, two children and their pet Cockapoo.

Matt Johnson

From 2010 to 2023 Matt was a manager in retail, building relationships with customers and employees. He has led the country in sales goals and constantly promoted the employees around him. From 2013 to 2019 Matt and his team won regional team awards to national best team awards. Prior to 2010 Matt sold gas and electric supply to customers at their homes.

Sara McEntyre

ara has been working in the market research industry since joining L&E in 2010. Sara’s certification in Project Management from NC State University and The Lewis Institute of Project Management allowed her to seamlessly apply her discipline and expertise to market research operations. Over the years, Sara has served the Project Management team as a Sr. Project Manager, Team Lead, Account Manager, Project Director, and currently as the departments’ Director.

Trenny Selfridge

Trenny has been in the market research industry since 2019. She has a passion for people, creating connections, & growing those relationships. Trenny is motivated by focusing on the possibilities, instead of the limitations, to create solutions that drive success.

Tom Sampson

Tom has been in the market research industry since 2021 and he absolutely loves it! Every study and client is different and that’s what’s so exciting about this industry. Tom graduated with a bachelors degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado with a focus in Education. However, he decided to switch career paths and went into the banking industry then management. Once he joined L&E, he has not looked back and thrives here.

Becky Parham

With over 25 years of experience as a middle school science teacher in Greensboro, NC, Becky has dedicated her career to education and community development. After a rewarding tenure in the classroom, Becky transitioned to a new chapter, moving back to Raleigh to explore fresh challenges. Becky began working in the corporate sector as a Customer Service Representative while working as a substitute teacher. Soon she became the Raleigh CSA and then moved to the full-time position of CSM.

Simon Nakatani

Simon has been in management for the past 15 years, with an emphasis in market research for five years and counting. In 2022, Simon embarked on a new chapter of his life by settling into a new house. Since then, he has found fulfillment in engaging himself in various DIY home improvement projects, with a particular focus on gardening and landscaping. Simon cherishes the moments he spends with his loved ones, enjoying the company of his family and friends.
