Tom has been in the market research industry since 2021 and he absolutely loves it! Every study and client is different and that’s what’s so exciting about this industry. Tom graduated with a bachelors degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado with a focus in Education. However, he decided to switch career paths and went into the banking industry then management. Once he joined L&E, he has not looked back and thrives here.

With over 25 years of experience as a middle school science teacher in Greensboro, NC, Becky has dedicated her career to education and community development. After a rewarding tenure in the classroom, Becky transitioned to a new chapter, moving back to Raleigh to explore fresh challenges. Becky began working in the corporate sector as a Customer Service Representative while working as a substitute teacher. Soon she became the Raleigh CSA and then moved to the full-time position of CSM.

Toya has been working in the client service industry since 2011. She brings extensive leadership and administrative expertise to her role as Client Services Manager, honed through experience in both the non-profit and corporate sectors. As a dedicated servant-leader, Toya is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong team dynamics.

Fara has been in the market research industry since 2007 and joined L&E Research in 2020. With 13 years of recruiting experience, 4 years in management, and 10 years as an event planner, she brings strong leadership and organizational skills to every project. Fara expertly manages each phase from start to finish and is deeply committed to client satisfaction, always striving to go above and beyond expectations with professionalism and care.

Fara is a proud mother of three and grandmother of three – a role she cherishes above all else. In her free time, she enjoys writing, crafting, painting, beach trips, movie nights, and traveling throughout the U.S. Her greatest creative passion is photography, which she sees as a powerful way to preserve the moments that matter most.
