The L&E Client Portal is a secure, web-based platform that gives research teams full visibility into their projects from recruitment through final deliverable. Rather than managing a study through email threads, separate streaming tools, and disconnected file shares, the portal centralizes every stage of the research workflow in a single login: live recruitment status, session observation, recording archives, tagged highlights, and exportable data.

The portal is included with every L&E engagement. Clients can grant access to as many team members and stakeholders as needed, with no per-seat fees or additional software required.

The Client Portal displays real-time recruitment progress for every active project. You can view quota status, see individual participant profiles, review screening responses, and confirm that recruits align with your study criteria as they come in. When your project manager updates participant status, the portal reflects it immediately.

Observe live research sessions through the portal’s integrated video streaming without needing a separate platform or login. Built-in tools let remote observers tag key moments during a session, take timestamped notes, and use the team chat to share reactions with colleagues watching from other locations.

Session recordings are hosted directly on the portal (not on third-party file-sharing platforms) and are accessible only through authenticated client logins. There are no shared links or public URLs.
