DeAnna McGee

DeAnna joined L&E Research in 2023 in the Human Resources Department. She quickly grasped the department and company’s culture and needs. In just a short time, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager. DeAnna loves all aspects of Human Resources. She is passionate about helping employees in any way possible. Her background is in Human Resources and Employee Benefits.

John Lathrop

John is a California native and proud Ohio State graduate with over 20 years of experience in management and hospitality. Known for his encouraging spirit and uplifting presence, John brings both warmth and leadership to every environment he’s a part of.

A devoted fan of college football, he never misses a Buckeyes game and balances his weekends with travel adventures or quality time spent with friends and family. John blends classic charm with a vibrant, down-to-earth personality that makes everyone feel at home.

Maggie Keithly

Maggie has been working at L&E since 2023 and loves every second of it. Maggie is a people person and enjoys getting to know everyone she speaks to. Maggie is known for building strong client partnerships, driving service excellence, and ensuring operational consistency among team members.

Maggie is a Colorado native and dog mom to Thor. Maggie is a die hard Colorado Avalanche fan who when the season is over, is counting down the days until they are back. When the weather is nice you will find Maggie out in the woods or on her paddleboard with her pup in the mountains.

Jen Jump

Jen is a seasoned market research professional. Quickly advancing from a Recruiter role to project management within her first 18 months, she has since expanded her expertise across Project Management, Account Management, and currently serves as a Business Development Executive. Jen is deeply client-focused, bringing a passion for uncovering insights and navigating the complexities of each project. She excels at guiding clients through research design, offering strategic and valuable insight.

Jen and her husband Colin have three kiddos – Parker, Ella and Reagan. They enjoy trips to Disney as a family and taking cruises (couples only!). They having been living in North Carolina since 2004 but call Buffalo and Pittsburgh their hometowns. Jen is also an avid reader and puzzle-lover.

Scott Johnson

Since joining L&E Research in 2019, Scott has served in multiple strategic roles at L&E Research, consistently driving client success across the Legal, Technology, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Financial Services, and CPG sectors. His leadership, industry insight, and unwavering commitment to excellent service have positioned him as a trusted advisor to key brand and agency clients alike.

A native of upstate New York, Scott’s roots are grounded in the grit and camaraderie of small-town life (complete with partyline phones: yes, really). A lifelong sports enthusiast, he credits his time playing competitive sports with shaping his collaborative spirit and drive. When not working, Scott enjoys watching a variety of STL sports teams.

James Hubbard, Jr.

James has been leading Engineering, Product, and Technical Teams since the early 2000s. With roots in Software Engineering he quickly found passion for Technical Product Management. Before joining L&E he spent a decade at Apple leading teams and projects in Consumer Support, Global Supply Chain, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Recently, he has been focused on Enterprise AI Implementation including building tools and conducting research involving Agentic AI and Synthetic Data.

James spends his downtime with his wife and 3 children. They enjoy taking in unique experiences and enjoying nature. He’s a dedicated mentor focused on helping people with major career shifts. He’s a self-proclaimed “HUGE Sci-Fi Nerd” who’s favorite franchise is Stargate and a faithful Commanders fan.

Donna Havens

Before joining L&E Research in 2018, Donna graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing. Donna is originally from Tallahassee, Florida and has lived in Jacksonville, FL, Las Vegas, NV, Atlanta, GA and Virginia Beach, VA. She has a son and daughter with her husband, James. In her spare time she enjoys watching Florida State games, reading and spending time with her family.

Kelli Hammock

Kelli holds a degree in Mass Communication and joined L&E Research in 2019. With a market research career dating back to 2005, she brings hands-on experience in recruitment, project management, and programming. Now as Director of Marketing, Kelli leads L&E’s brand and communication strategy: designing content, producing webinars, planning events, and partnering with consultants to elevate the company’s voice and connect more meaningfully with its audiences.

Originally from the Nashville area, Kelli spent time living in Chicago and Denver before returning to Tennessee. She enjoys strategic builder video games, bingeing disaster and horror flicks, solving jigsaw puzzles, and playing complicated board games. She is currently obsessed with her one very spoiled dog.

Allan Hales

Allan has a passion for accounting and tax planning. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2013 and completed his master’s degree in 2015. He started working in public accounting in 2013, working at a local firm prior to retaining a position at RSM in 2016. He was introduced to L&E while working at another firm in 2022, and decided to make the jump to join the team at L&E in 2024.

Allan is a southern guy from the Cape Fear region of NC. He is a family man first for his wife and two children. Allan enjoys spending time with his family, listening to country music, hunting, fishing, and making the required journal entry every now and then.

Kristi Geist

Kristi has been in the market research industry since 2021, beginning as a Database Development Assistant and advancing to Panel Engagement Specialist at L&E Research. She specializes in using social media platforms to recruit diverse participants and build engaged research communities. Known for staying ahead of digital trends, Kristi plays a key role in connecting L&E with the right audiences through innovative, compliant, and effective outreach strategies.
Kristi has been roller skating since 2020 and competed at RollerCon in Las Vegas in 2023, where she earned the award for Best Fall. She also enjoys baking, drawing on experience as a former cake decorator. Whether on eight wheels or in the kitchen (sometimes both!), Kristi believes creativity, confidence, and a little humor go a long way.
