Playback requirements

Streaming works on the latest versions of all major browsers and operating systems. A stable internet connection gives you the best playback quality without interruption.

  • The latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Opera
  • An internet connection with at least 500 Kbps of bandwidth
  • Outbound TCP on port 443 (HTTPS) allowed to video.facilitymanagerplus.com (served via cloudfront.net)

Experiencing issues?
